YTT 200 Fall 2026
October 24, 2026-March 27, 2027
Join us for our 200-hour training, designed to lay the foundation for your path as a yoga teacher. Our program is an opportunity to begin the study of yoga, providing you with the core knowledge and practical skills to guide others. We believe that while all 200-hour YTT programs are a great starting point for any yoga student, each program has its unique strengths that make it the right choice for different individuals.
In our comprehensive program, you’ll be introduced to foundational topics including philosophy, anatomy, the 8-limb path of yoga, sequencing, postures, business, ethics, and teaching methodology. While 200 hours is just the beginning of your yoga journey, we focus on making sure you're fully prepared to step into a teaching role upon graduation.
The study of yoga is a lifelong process, and as you grow and evolve, there will always be new areas to explore and deepen your understanding. Our in-person training emphasizes building a solid foundation so you can begin sharing the practice with others confidently and competently.
Additionally, for those eager to gain hands-on experience, we offer the opportunity to lead paid community classes at Heights Yoga. This internship provides a unique chance to put what you've learned into practice and gain real-world experience leading studio classes.
Your 200-hour training is just the beginning. We’ll support you every step of the way, ensuring you're ready to teach and share yoga's transformative power.

“Going through the yoga teacher training at Heights Yoga with Nicki and Betsy was such an incredible experience... What stood out the most was how safe and connected the space felt. It wasn’t just about memorizing poses, it was about building community, honoring the practice, and showing up for yourself and others with intention. I walked away feeling more confident, grounded, and inspired. If you’re thinking about doing a YTT, whether or not you want to teach, I highly recommend this one. It was truly life-changing!”
