Heights Yoga is a joyful yoga community that is warm & inviting. We offer a place of growth and connection and we look forward to welcoming you to one of our classes, workshops, or trainings. We offer over 35 classes per week on our schedule. You will see restorative and yin practices along with gentle flow and vinyasa classes. We offer fitness classes in mat pilates, yoga sculpt and chair yoga. We believe that yoga should be accessible and have affordable memberships and free weekly in-studio classes.
