  • Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here. These slower-paced, supportive classes are perfect for beginners, and each offers a unique approach:

    • Restorative Yoga – Deep relaxation with supported poses and guided meditation to help you reset and restore.

    • Yin Yoga – Slow, meditative holds (1–5 minutes) in seated or lying poses to release tension and work deeper connective tissues.

    • Chair Yoga – A gentle practice using a chair for seated or supported standing poses; great for beginners, office workers, or those with limited mobility.

About the Studio & Etiquette:

  •  We strive to maintain a peaceful and welcoming environment for all. Here are a few studio etiquette tips:

    • Please arrive on time — the doors lock once class begins.

    • Remove your shoes at the entrance.

    • Keep conversations low and mindful — our studio is one open, shared space.

    • Silence and stow your phone during class.

    • Wipe down any shared props or mats after use (cleaning supplies provided).

Let your teacher know about any injuries or needs before class starts.

  • We ask that phones be silenced and kept off the practice floor. Quiet conversation is fine before and after class, but we aim to maintain a calm, focused space for everyone.

  • Yes! We have cubbies and wall hooks available for your shoes, bags, and other personal items. Space is limited, so please keep belongings minimal when possible.
