Community Classes
Wednesdays, 7:00 – 8:00 PM
Saturdays,1:00 – 2:00 PM
We are grateful to offer free community classes as part of our mission to make yoga accessible to all and to support the development of new instructors. These classes are open to anyone who may not otherwise be able to afford yoga, providing a welcoming, nurturing space to experience this transformative practice. We believe yoga is beneficial to all and that financial limitations should not be a barrier to a regular studio practice.
Our free community classes are often led by recent graduates of our yoga teacher training program. We’re proud to compensate our community class instructors for their time and expertise. Supporting teachers as they gain experience in a warm, encouraging environment is important to us and we appreciate your presence as part of their growth.
