Mikhayla is a yoga teacher, mat Pilates instructor, and licensed massage therapist with a passion for supporting physical and mental well-being through mindful movement and healing touch. She has been teaching yoga for four years and values the way practice fosters connection to body, breath, and inner awareness.
Drawing on her background in massage therapy, Mikhayla brings an understanding of anatomy and personalized care into her teaching, creating classes that are accessible, engaging, and supportive.
She is committed to offering an environment where students can explore movement, build confidence, and discover both strength and ease.
