Kaleisha Marks (she/her)

INSTRUCTOR

Kaleisha first discovered yoga at 16, drawn to the way it nurtured her mind, body, and spirit. After returning to her practice in 2022 as a way to heal and grow, she found strength, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose that inspired her to pursue teaching.

She completed her 200-hour YTT with Mojave Yoga Collective and an Advanced Training in Trauma and Addiction with Kula for Karma in 2024. Passionate about self-care, mental health, and recovery, Kaleisha is committed to sharing yoga as a tool for healing and empowerment.

In her classes—whether Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Gentle, Slow Flow, or Yoga for Recovery—she creates a safe, supportive space for students to discover their own inner strength and peace.

Off the mat, Kaleisha enjoys family time, outdoor adventures, baking, traveling, reading, music, and plenty of laughter.
